cogniThe CogniDiet™ Program is 12-week program that combines techniques from the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotional Brain Training (EBT) to teach patients how to change the way they think and therefore behave. Over the 12 weeks, patients learn new techniques when facing temptations, become more in sync with their bodies and nutritional needs, and learn how to manage stress. The program is delivered in classes of 6-8 participants so people can capitalize on group support for success. One–on-one sessions are also available.

The CogniDiet™ Program is being fine tuned during the next 4 months and will therefore be offered at a launch discount. The meetings will be held in group settings of 6 to 10 people maximum. Materials will be provided for home work. An interactive website is under development. Now is the time to get in on this progressive approach to weight-loss.
